MAC Donation Request Portal

Thank you for visiting the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Military Affairs Council Donation Request Portal. We are committed to supporting military organizations in our community through monetary donations and the solicitation of in-kind donations from our business community.

HOW TO APPLY

Please help us to determine if your request meets our guidelines and mission of enhancing the quality of life in our community, especially for the enlisted members of the services assigned to the Space Coast by completing the online application form below. Your request will be reviewed by the MAC Donation Request Task Force and a representative of the MAC will respond to your request via email.

Monetary donations will be based upon the availability of funds during the current budgetary cycle of the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce’s MAC Council and will be capped at a maximum of $250 per request/per organization/per year.

In-kind donation requests will be shared with our MAC membership and via the MAC page on the Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce’s website and in the MAC Minute monthly e-newsletter.

TIME NEEDED

Please complete and submit the Donation Request Form no less than 30 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in the request not being considered.
